Francis Collision has the most courteous and friendly staff that I have ever done business. They also do excellent work i a very timely manner. We will be taking all of our cars to them.

Getting an estimate was easy. The repairs look amazing. My car looks like it was never damaged. Beautiful work!

Let me say that I am very pleased with this place. I've had two incidents where my insurance referred me to Francis Collision Centre and both times were great experiences. Staff , especially JAMES SANBORN my Adjuster, along with Ronnie (inspected my car at drop off), and Rosie (front desk) , are all very helpful and knowledgeable! They assist with getting Enterprise car rental if you should need so that's a plus!! The service to my car was perfect! I personally recommend people go to them when you need a job done. Great place.

My car was taken good care of and was done only one day after day thought might. The office personnel were very knowledgeable and respectful. This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!

I had a great experience with Francis Collision Center. They were always very polite and professional. My car was vandalized and needed to be buffed out and painted. They did a good job fixing it, I just wished they would've buffed the hood out as well.

My car's repairs were done in a week's time. It's very stressful to have to be in the situation of car repair but the people were nice and sympathetic. Would definitely go back if needed (let's just hope I don't need it).

My husband Frank has used them 2x's now and has been extremely satisfied. Our insurance wanted us to use another company but my husband is very picky about who touches his car, because he was highly satisfied the first time he told the insurance he was only going to use Francis Collision. I recommend Francis Collision Centre for any auto bodywork. They work with your insurance, so there is no hassle. Kevin, who did the estimate on my car, did a really good job. He explained the details and assured me that they can take of it. As for the bodywork that was done, they did a really good job - it looked brand-new again. The front staff, Juanita and Audra, are also helpful and always kept me updated about my vehicle status.

They did an awesome job on my car. Extremely friendly people and wonderful service! I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me! The consistent updates on how my car was coming along was also huge plus! I couldn’t be more happier with Francis Collision Centre, they are definitely my go to from now on! I highly recommend!

I take my vehicles to Francis Collision Centre. They were always updating me the statuses on my vehicles. Great customer service and were very friendly. The mechanics working on my vehicles were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They also finished repairing my vehicles before the due date that they gave me.
