I just got my car back and considering all the damage it had I was very pleased with how it was restored back to brand new the way when I first bought it. The girl's at the front desk are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. This is a great place to have your car repaired.
This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!

A+ job. They were able to meet with me quickly, texted me updates throughout the process, and provided rides to and from the Centre.
Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.

I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. We were in a car accident and our insurance asked if we’d like for them to recommend a place to have our car fixed and they sent us to Francis Collision centre. I can not be more happy. They did an amazing job on my car. Looks like new again. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. While my car was at there shop they made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know how my car was coming along. I was also receiving text messages as to what was being done to my car and when it would be ready. I would definitely recommend this place.
They do quality work in a timely manner. They are friendly and courteous and keep you updated every couple of days. My truck looked brand new when they were done.
