They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed

Left my car for a few weeks and it looked like nothing ever happened when they were done!!! Customer service was amazing! My only gripe was that my car ( brand new) was given back to me dirty when I dropped it off clean.
Strait forward system drop car off have rent a car waiting at shop. plenty of communication informing me of status of repair. Final body work looks like brand new!

My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one. I've had my Volvo in there twice now for two separate repairs. On both occasions I was treated with extreme courtesy and respect. And throughout the repair I was kept up to date with the progress of the repair. Turnaround time was quick, and they worked seamlessly with my car insurance. The two service riders I worked with Justin P And Kevin I were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this place!
