Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.

My car's repairs were done in a week's time. It's very stressful to have to be in the situation of car repair but the people were nice and sympathetic. Would definitely go back if needed (let's just hope I don't need it).

We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
Awesome experience. I was rear ended and Francis Collision kept in touch with me along with My Geico rep at Francis Collision as they repaired the vehicle. They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed
