I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. NO issues whatsoever! I highly recommend them!

I have used Francis Collision for my cars on three occasions and each time, their work and service has exceeded my expectations. The most recent was on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade liftgate. This was not an insurance claim so Juanita, Bernadette, and Audra in the office were very detailed and thorough, explaining all of the paperwork from drop-off to pick-up so that everything was clear, avoiding any misunderstanding. My project manager Kevin was just as professional, thorough, and concientous in his inspection of the damages on my vehicle. His estimate of time needed to complete the repairs was 10 work days but that it could take longer depending on what they found once they removed the liftgate. He only went over that time frame by one day but only because one area of repair on the trim didn't measure up to his standard so he wanted to take the time to make sure I would be happy with all of the work done. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle's repairs right down to when it was ready to pick up. When the time came to pick up my vehicle, there were no surprises with the cost of repairs either. I wasn't unable to drive in on my own or get a ride due to family circumstances so Juanita arranged for their employee Sean to pick me up. Sean was prompt, respectful, and very pleasant to talk to. I give Francis Collision and it's entire team 5 stars. While I hope I never need their services again, I know I can rely on them to do the best work possible!

I took my vehicle to Francis Collision Centre and the Estimator, Kevin Iskandar, was very helpful! From the start and to the end of the process, he was professional. The work done on my vehicle was excellent. Could not have been any better.

UPDATE 3/6/24 - Today, I'm upgrading my star rating because, after my initial review, Francis Collision Center took it upon themselves to order me a new tail light, and they replaced it today. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied in the end. They also fixed another minor issue from the initial repair, and they gave it back to me washed. (Sometimes, the little things mean a lot). Pros: I appreciated that Francis Collision Centre regularly kept me abreast of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Whenever there were delays due to backlog of vehicles or delayed delivery of parts, they kept me informed. The repair was decent. It looked good. Cons: After receiving the car back, not long after, it rained, and I noticed condensation in my left rear tail light that didn't exist before. Clearly, a seal was broken in my tail light which had to have been caused by my having been rear-ended. When I brought this issue to the collision center's attention, they didn't want to do anything about it. They said that "it wasn't the tail light that they had replaced, so it's not under warranty." My point was that this tail light should have also been replaced from the damage caused by the accident. Granted, when they repaired the car, it probably wasn't evident that any seals had been broken because there hadn't been any rain, but once it became clear that it had been broken as part of the accident, I feel that it should have been fixed.

This has been our 2nd time with Francis and they have all been wonderful, very friendly. Their service is quicker than others and they do a great job repairing of your vehicle. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate how kind everyone was in office. The gentleman that helped most with my truck is beyond amazing. KEVIN made sure I understood the process every step of the way, and made regular calls just to keep me updated(as well as the ladies in office). I never had to wonder what was going on because he was on it. Shout out to Kevin, you are amazing.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Francis Auto Collision. The ladies at the front desk have exceptional customer service. I appreciate the constant updates in regard to the status of my vehicle. Juanita was very kind and professional throughout the whole process. Kevin was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable in knowing that my vehicle was repaired correctly, and back in top tier shape like it was before my accident occurred. Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.
