I got into a car accident and right away knew where I’d take my car. To Francis Collision! They did such a wonderful job the first time I knew I’d always go back to them!! Totally recommend!
I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me! The consistent updates on how my car was coming along was also huge plus! I couldn’t be more happier with Francis Collision Centre, they are definitely my go to from now on! I highly recommend!
Francis collision was amazing. They had a really hard time with my insurance, but they didn't stop fighting for me. I an soo grateful for Juanita and the team special thanks to Kevin he was awesome

They fixed my truck the right way and even went above by touching up an area that wasn't on the estimate. The staff was also very easy to deal with, always had a smile and warm greeting. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed the right and timely way.

I saw the job that this company did to my boyfriend's car and wow! His bumper was damaged due to being in an accident, but they repaired it with great customer service and in a timely manner. This place is very professional and we will refer back to it if anything ever happens again!
I had a great experience working with Francis Collision Center in Fresno. I was in a minor fender bender, and these guys did an excellent job getting my car back in perfect condition. The communication along the way was wonderful, and it was finished when they said… In fact, a day early. I am completely satisfied with the Francis collision center staff. The two ladies at the front desk are incredibly nice also! I highly recommend this place for all of your auto body repair needs!
My car got repaired here through the insurance and nothing out of my pocket. I had deep concerns that the estimated 1-2 weeks would take 2 or more weeks to repair. Mainly that the repairs weren’t coming out of my wallet, and the shop could take advantage by replacing parts if something could instead be repaired for example. This was speculation with no grounds for thinking that based on my experience here, but I worried nonetheless. Thankfully this was not the case and I got my car back in 6 days. My car was returned not in the same condition it was received. Dash cams unplugged and tilted downward, some napkins and receipts left on the passenger seat, and the mirrors changed. These are minor but worth noting. The repairs to the vehicle itself were great and no problem so far. Some parts and sensors behind the bumper, and a front bumper were repaired. All throughout the 6 days, they kept me updated through text and called to make sure I knew the status of the repairs on my vehicle. On a side note, the rental from enterprise provided by them was subpar and reeked of smoke. I’d like to thank Kevin for being professional and breaking things down on what they will be repairing.
Francis collision is the best at what they do. In 2005 my brand new Monte Carlo was hit in the side panel very bad. So my insurance recommend Francis Collision to fix my car. After they had my car for a week, the damages on my car looked like it never had a scratch on it at all!
Best customer service I have had. My appointment time was respected and all my questions were answered. They were prompt and had my car ready that same week and it looks AMAZING! Like nothing ever happened. Great service.
My car was taken good care of and was done only one day after day thought might. The office personnel were very knowledgeable and respectful. Went to Francis Collision after my front grill fell off due to a small piece of my front bumper breaking on a road trip. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service. They got me in and gave me an estimate within the week and got me on the schedule in the next few weeks. Front bumper and grill look seamless thanks to their great work!

We have always taken our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre. This past year, my daughter was rear ended and I was hit in a parking lot. We took our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre and received the most professional and courteous service. They went out of their way to help us, and did it so promptly. I appreciated all that they did for us and would not hesitate to take any vehicle to this wonderful establishment.

On Friday morning after Thanksgiving, my Honda was robbed of its catalytic Converter. Francis Collision Centre was amazing! They promised the car in four days and were finished a day early. They are kind, friendly and most of all feel cared for. I highly recommend them for any damages done to your car. They are great!
I had nothing but good customer service. They did not keep me waiting long when I arrived at their shop, they took me in pretty quickly. Very nice and professional. They kept me updated on my vehicle while it was being fixed which was greatly appreciated!

I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! That was awesome as well 🥰 the extent of damage done to my vehicle, I thought it would never see the road again, cosmetic was nothing, it was all under the car that was jacked.
This is my second time with Francis auto collision they are absolutely amazing my car has been like brand new everytime I’ve taken it for repairs in and got it back! Juanita works in the office is super helpful always doing what she can to put you back in your vehicle on time and make sure everything you need is met with sincere customer service and upfront explanation. Kevin iskandar was my estimator and he was amazing he made sure to follow up with me after I put my car in for repairs and let me know exactly what was going on in the shop. Even when I brought in my car he let me know exactly what was going to be fixed! He promised me a date for pick up and delivered ! He also made sure my car was nice and clean and that I was satisfied with the work when I picked it up! I will always choose Francis!

Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.
Awesome experience. I was rear ended and Francis Collision kept in touch with me along with My Geico rep at Francis Collision as they repaired the vehicle. UPDATE 3/6/24 - Today, I'm upgrading my star rating because, after my initial review, Francis Collision Center took it upon themselves to order me a new tail light, and they replaced it today. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied in the end. They also fixed another minor issue from the initial repair, and they gave it back to me washed. (Sometimes, the little things mean a lot). Pros: I appreciated that Francis Collision Centre regularly kept me abreast of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Whenever there were delays due to backlog of vehicles or delayed delivery of parts, they kept me informed. The repair was decent. It looked good. Cons: After receiving the car back, not long after, it rained, and I noticed condensation in my left rear tail light that didn't exist before. Clearly, a seal was broken in my tail light which had to have been caused by my having been rear-ended. When I brought this issue to the collision center's attention, they didn't want to do anything about it. They said that "it wasn't the tail light that they had replaced, so it's not under warranty." My point was that this tail light should have also been replaced from the damage caused by the accident. Granted, when they repaired the car, it probably wasn't evident that any seals had been broken because there hadn't been any rain, but once it became clear that it had been broken as part of the accident, I feel that it should have been fixed.
My catalytic converter was stolen on December 16, they towed the same day! Took a little longer because of the holidays but they were very professional. Would definitely recommend

First of all I Have Geico Insurance So it was Extremely easy to use. Made an appointment with Geico for the estimate. When I got there is was quick & complete since Francis Collision has a section for Geico & Enterprise car rental. So its a 1 Stop Shop. 2nd Everyone was so friendly Especially the girls in front. 3rd It was done quickly, professionally & carries a lifetime warranty as long as I own my car.
Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family’s cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre!
Unfortunately Ive had to take my vehicles to have them repaired due to accidents. Francis is top notch when it comes to repairs being done and getting my vehicles back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them
My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one. Let me say that I am very pleased with this place. I've had two incidents where my insurance referred me to Francis Collision Centre and both times were great experiences. Staff , especially JAMES SANBORN my Adjuster, along with Ronnie (inspected my car at drop off), and Rosie (front desk) , are all very helpful and knowledgeable! They assist with getting Enterprise car rental if you should need so that's a plus!! The service to my car was perfect! I personally recommend people go to them when you need a job done. Great place.

I took my car there for repair, I was hit in the back. It took about a month but I figured since they had to order parts and such. My car looks as good as it did before! I like that they keep you updated weekly. I would definitely go there again.
Left my car for a few weeks and it looked like nothing ever happened when they were done!!! Customer service was amazing! My only gripe was that my car ( brand new) was given back to me dirty when I dropped it off clean.

They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed
