I took my truck here to be repaired about six months ago. They are very professional and the work his high quality. I wouldn't trust any one else to do my repairs.
I have known the Francis family for many years. Their reputation for thorough, quality work is known throughout the community. Their team of auto mechanics and repairmen are true experts. They have the experience that people crave when it comes to their vehicles. I would trust them completely to work on my vehicle and the vehicles of my husband and children.
We took our car in for repair of the front end. They provided updates on our car via text and phone. When we picked up our car we had questions about the appearance and Bret was kind to answer our questions and even called 2 technicians for their opinions and fix a minor issue. Best place to take your car!
I've taken my Subaru in on two different occasions now and am satisfied with all repairs and especially the paint work. The turn-around time to get my car back was two weeks on both occasions. The wait is long but it's well worth the wait for high quality shop repairs. The ladies up front are kind and professional and the guy I was working with (Kevin) was also transparent, kind and professional. This is the place to go if you want your vehicle repaired the right way.
We had the best experience here! They got us in and out very quickly! Everyone was super friendly and were working hard to provide great customer service! I would highly recommend using this place when need arises!!!
Received excellent service on my car repair. Great and regular and ongoing communication. Thr office staff and adjuster maintained great communication with us over the course of the month long repair.

Let me say that I am very pleased with this place. I've had two incidents where my insurance referred me to Francis Collision Centre and both times were great experiences. Staff , especially JAMES SANBORN my Adjuster, along with Ronnie (inspected my car at drop off), and Rosie (front desk) , are all very helpful and knowledgeable! They assist with getting Enterprise car rental if you should need so that's a plus!! The service to my car was perfect! I personally recommend people go to them when you need a job done. Great place.
They were AWESOME!!! They let you know what's going on with your vehicle status!!! Super easy to deal with the staff is great! If you need repairs for an accident this is the place to go. 5 star service and they really do understand what "customer service" means!
They made my car looking brand new again! I was worried about how it would turn out but you can’t even tell my car was damaged! They also finished my car earlier than expected too!
They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed

I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. NO issues whatsoever! I highly recommend them!
Francis Collision has the most courteous and friendly staff that I have ever done business. They also do excellent work i a very timely manner. We will be taking all of our cars to them.
Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.

We’ve had to use Francis a couple times and they never disappoint. They always do GREAT work. And the girls at the front desk are always in a great mood. Even when the lobby is full.
The receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I don't but I've been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol. We brought our car in on the 20th of November and received the cars back Dec 3rd. Not counting Thanks giving and Black friday (cause no professionals work those days) it was only in a little over a week. They also made the process really easy! 5/5 would get rear ended again!

Took my Ford Escape here for repairs. The process took longer than first date mentioned, but they were very precise on getting the correct parts and double checking many details. I take my car here for any repairs I need
They fixed my truck the right way and even went above by touching up an area that wasn't on the estimate. The staff was also very easy to deal with, always had a smile and warm greeting. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed the right and timely way.

Francis Collision Centre is the most excellent service, when it comes to customers, and the quality of their work is beautiful. James Sanborn was my estimator, he was very friendly, welcoming. James communicate clearly, explained the process keep it simple and easy. Rental car transition easy & simple. On Friday morning after Thanksgiving, my Honda was robbed of its catalytic Converter. Francis Collision Centre was amazing! They promised the car in four days and were finished a day early. They are kind, friendly and most of all feel cared for. I highly recommend them for any damages done to your car. They are great!

I recommend Francis Collision Centre for any auto bodywork. They work with your insurance, so there is no hassle. Kevin, who did the estimate on my car, did a really good job. He explained the details and assured me that they can take of it. As for the bodywork that was done, they did a really good job - it looked brand-new again. The front staff, Juanita and Audra, are also helpful and always kept me updated about my vehicle status.
We always go to Francis Collision center, they have a great customer service and a really good job. My car look like nothing happened.

They are the most efficient and organized Repair shop I have ever used. Very friendly and keep you informed about your car repair. The one thing we observed is how clean the bays were kept. I recommend them to any and all!
I take my vehicles to Francis Collision Centre. They were always updating me the statuses on my vehicles. Great customer service and were very friendly. The mechanics working on my vehicles were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They also finished repairing my vehicles before the due date that they gave me. I recommend Francis Collision Centre to anyone local and does not have time to fix their cars themselves. 👍

We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
I got into a car accident and right away knew where I’d take my car. To Francis Collision! They did such a wonderful job the first time I knew I’d always go back to them!! Totally recommend!

Unfortunately this is the second car I've had to repair....fortunately, I chose Francis both times! They did a beautiful job on both my cars. God forbid I should ever have to have another car reassembled, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to Francis Collision.

Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family’s cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre!
Awesome experience. I was rear ended and Francis Collision kept in touch with me along with My Geico rep at Francis Collision as they repaired the vehicle. They arranged for a nice rental like my vehicle and they were friendly to me through the whole process. The repair was perfect. I will always recommend them!! Thank you

Took my 2015 kia optima in to be fixed, they were friendly and fast. Everyone from the front desk to the body collision people were so nice. I will be back and recommend them to everyone . Oh and I also got a parting gift.🥰👍🏾

Left my car for a few weeks and it looked like nothing ever happened when they were done!!! Customer service was amazing! My only gripe was that my car ( brand new) was given back to me dirty when I dropped it off clean.
Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.

I had a great experience with Francis Collision Center. They were always very polite and professional. My car was vandalized and needed to be buffed out and painted. They did a good job fixing it, I just wished they would've buffed the hood out as well.

I took my car there through a Geico claim (someone backed into my car when I was out of town) and this was the easiest experience I've ever had with car repair. They offered the option to pick up the rental there when you drop your car off, so you don't have to worry about finding a ride. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job on the repair. 10 out of 10, would use them again.

Was involved in a hit and run, was super sad because it was a New car but my family told me to take it to Francis collision because they always go there and say it was great and fast which is true because they are very friendly and fast. Very happy with the outcome.
We were in a car accident and our insurance asked if we’d like for them to recommend a place to have our car fixed and they sent us to Francis Collision centre. I can not be more happy. They did an amazing job on my car. Looks like new again. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. While my car was at there shop they made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know how my car was coming along. I was also receiving text messages as to what was being done to my car and when it would be ready. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had my car fixed here within a week they got it done. They took care of contacting the insurance renting a car for me they helped out a lot. Would really recommend.
