This was my second time bringing my vehicle for body work to Francis Collision and once again I was not disappointed, beautiful work and they communicated the entire process and were fast!
Absolutely happy with the results of my car. It looks brand new, like it’s never been touched. The staff was so friendly and answered any questions I had. They always kept me updated on the progress of my car. I took my car in Tuesday and got it back Friday. I’d recommend FCC to anyone.

We took our car in for repair of the front end. They provided updates on our car via text and phone. When we picked up our car we had questions about the appearance and Bret was kind to answer our questions and even called 2 technicians for their opinions and fix a minor issue. Best place to take your car!
Took my GMC Terrain to Francis after an auto accident 3 weeks ago . I received great customer service above and beyond.. They made sure my car was return to me with 💯 percent satisfaction. I will definitely recommend they to friends and family..
I was told my repairs and rental would be set up and handled in a specific way and everything went just as I was told. The price was actually lowered as they found a way to save time while still doing excellent repair work. Five Stars in my book! (Steve)
This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!
The receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I don't but I've been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol. We brought our car in on the 20th of November and received the cars back Dec 3rd. Not counting Thanks giving and Black friday (cause no professionals work those days) it was only in a little over a week. They also made the process really easy! 5/5 would get rear ended again!
Francis does an excellent job in all aspects of the repair. Their communication is outstanding!

This is my second time with Francis auto collision they are absolutely amazing my car has been like brand new everytime I’ve taken it for repairs in and got it back! Juanita works in the office is super helpful always doing what she can to put you back in your vehicle on time and make sure everything you need is met with sincere customer service and upfront explanation. Kevin iskandar was my estimator and he was amazing he made sure to follow up with me after I put my car in for repairs and let me know exactly what was going on in the shop. Even when I brought in my car he let me know exactly what was going to be fixed! He promised me a date for pick up and delivered ! He also made sure my car was nice and clean and that I was satisfied with the work when I picked it up! I will always choose Francis!
There service with body work, painting was great. Bailey, the associate, was professional and kind and made my claim easy.
I took my car there through a Geico claim (someone backed into my car when I was out of town) and this was the easiest experience I've ever had with car repair. They offered the option to pick up the rental there when you drop your car off, so you don't have to worry about finding a ride. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job on the repair. 10 out of 10, would use them again.
I just got my car back and considering all the damage it had I was very pleased with how it was restored back to brand new the way when I first bought it. The girl's at the front desk are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. This is a great place to have your car repaired.
I have used Francis Collision for my cars on three occasions and each time, their work and service has exceeded my expectations. The most recent was on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade liftgate. This was not an insurance claim so Juanita, Bernadette, and Audra in the office were very detailed and thorough, explaining all of the paperwork from drop-off to pick-up so that everything was clear, avoiding any misunderstanding. My project manager Kevin was just as professional, thorough, and concientous in his inspection of the damages on my vehicle. His estimate of time needed to complete the repairs was 10 work days but that it could take longer depending on what they found once they removed the liftgate. He only went over that time frame by one day but only because one area of repair on the trim didn't measure up to his standard so he wanted to take the time to make sure I would be happy with all of the work done. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle's repairs right down to when it was ready to pick up. When the time came to pick up my vehicle, there were no surprises with the cost of repairs either. I wasn't unable to drive in on my own or get a ride due to family circumstances so Juanita arranged for their employee Sean to pick me up. Sean was prompt, respectful, and very pleasant to talk to. I give Francis Collision and it's entire team 5 stars. While I hope I never need their services again, I know I can rely on them to do the best work possible!
Strait forward system drop car off have rent a car waiting at shop. plenty of communication informing me of status of repair. Final body work looks like brand new!

It's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.
Best customer service I have had. My appointment time was respected and all my questions were answered. They were prompt and had my car ready that same week and it looks AMAZING! Like nothing ever happened. Great service.
I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. NO issues whatsoever! I highly recommend them!
I was very satisfied with Francis Collision Center. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They got my car in within a week and had it done the day after I dropped it off. My car looks as good as new.

Went to Francis Collision after my front grill fell off due to a small piece of my front bumper breaking on a road trip. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service. They got me in and gave me an estimate within the week and got me on the schedule in the next few weeks. Front bumper and grill look seamless thanks to their great work!
I had nothing but good customer service. They did not keep me waiting long when I arrived at their shop, they took me in pretty quickly. Very nice and professional. They kept me updated on my vehicle while it was being fixed which was greatly appreciated!
Everyone was super helpful and kind. I never felt uncomfortable or like I didn’t know what was going on with my vehicle. They even had it ready for pickup 13 days earlier than expected!

Francis collision is the best at what they do. In 2005 my brand new Monte Carlo was hit in the side panel very bad. So my insurance recommend Francis Collision to fix my car. After they had my car for a week, the damages on my car looked like it never had a scratch on it at all!

We have always taken our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre. This past year, my daughter was rear ended and I was hit in a parking lot. We took our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre and received the most professional and courteous service. They went out of their way to help us, and did it so promptly. I appreciated all that they did for us and would not hesitate to take any vehicle to this wonderful establishment.

Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. I really appreciate how kind everyone was in office. The gentleman that helped most with my truck is beyond amazing. KEVIN made sure I understood the process every step of the way, and made regular calls just to keep me updated(as well as the ladies in office). My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one. Francis Collision Center has been my go to place for any auto body repair. I am impressed with their knowledge and their ability to make the repairs just right. I would recommend them and always do to friends or people I run into who have had an unfortunate accident. I give them 5 stars easily
UPDATE 3/6/24 - Today, I'm upgrading my star rating because, after my initial review, Francis Collision Center took it upon themselves to order me a new tail light, and they replaced it today. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied in the end. They also fixed another minor issue from the initial repair, and they gave it back to me washed. (Sometimes, the little things mean a lot). Pros: I appreciated that Francis Collision Centre regularly kept me abreast of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Whenever there were delays due to backlog of vehicles or delayed delivery of parts, they kept me informed. The repair was decent. It looked good. Cons: After receiving the car back, not long after, it rained, and I noticed condensation in my left rear tail light that didn't exist before. Clearly, a seal was broken in my tail light which had to have been caused by my having been rear-ended. When I brought this issue to the collision center's attention, they didn't want to do anything about it. They said that "it wasn't the tail light that they had replaced, so it's not under warranty." My point was that this tail light should have also been replaced from the damage caused by the accident. Granted, when they repaired the car, it probably wasn't evident that any seals had been broken because there hadn't been any rain, but once it became clear that it had been broken as part of the accident, I feel that it should have been fixed.
Great front desk and reception staff. I was able to process my claim in no time! This is big because the last thing you wanna have to deal with is complicated insurance claim process on top of your on going issues with the vehicle itself!👌
Francis collision was amazing. They had a really hard time with my insurance, but they didn't stop fighting for me. I an soo grateful for Juanita and the team special thanks to Kevin he was awesome
They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed
Love, love Francis Collision Center. Have taken three of our vehicles there and they do awesome quality work. Their staff is great and they are always contacting you on the progress of the vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Francis.

I saw the job that this company did to my boyfriend's car and wow! His bumper was damaged due to being in an accident, but they repaired it with great customer service and in a timely manner. This place is very professional and we will refer back to it if anything ever happens again!
