I have known the Francis family for many years. Their reputation for thorough, quality work is known throughout the community. Their team of auto mechanics and repairmen are true experts. They have the experience that people crave when it comes to their vehicles. I would trust them completely to work on my vehicle and the vehicles of my husband and children.
I took my truck here to be repaired about six months ago. They are very professional and the work his high quality. I wouldn't trust any one else to do my repairs.
My husband Frank has used them 2x's now and has been extremely satisfied. Our insurance wanted us to use another company but my husband is very picky about who touches his car, because he was highly satisfied the first time he told the insurance he was only going to use Francis Collision. Great service all the way through! Juanita was such a huge help and always reached out to give us updates. Kevin I. Was also great! He was very clear when it came to explaining the work our car was needing and also made sure it looked like nothing ever happen to our car! Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!
Every person I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and focused on meeting my needs. Very thorough work, and finished two weeks early. Only good to say about them.
We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.

Francis Collision Centre has been our go-to mechanic shop since we moved to Fresno a few years ago - and they never disappoint! Their partnerships with Geico Car Insurance and Enterprise Rentals make what would otherwise be a stressful time into a convenient way to get your vehicle fixed. Their staff is always very friendly and accommodating; willing to go above and beyond to help in any way they can in a timely manner. Plus, every visit you get a free classic car t-shirt of your choice! After an accident earlier this year and a pothole recently, I have gone to Francis twice this year and will continue to return to utilize their services in the future. 🚙
We took our car in for repair of the front end. They provided updates on our car via text and phone. When we picked up our car we had questions about the appearance and Bret was kind to answer our questions and even called 2 technicians for their opinions and fix a minor issue. Best place to take your car!
They did a great job repairing my vehicle, as well as did it in a timely manner. They were amazing with keeping me updated on my vehicles status and I got it back within 2 weeks!

Strait forward system drop car off have rent a car waiting at shop. plenty of communication informing me of status of repair. Final body work looks like brand new!
we just picked up our baby, she had a some work done that took awhile but we understand the back order of items and it was worth the wait. they did an awesome job and they back their work up by 💯% . NICE.

Such a easy process! I thought it was going to take months to fix my bumper they got my car out within a week! I appreciate the two lady’s up front, so nice and informative!
Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.

My car's repairs were done in a week's time. It's very stressful to have to be in the situation of car repair but the people were nice and sympathetic. Would definitely go back if needed (let's just hope I don't need it).
Was referred to by my sister. Staff was friendly and my car was ready within the estimated time. A little bonus they vacuumed my car, made my day!
I love them! In the last couple months I have had to visit a few time through my insurance company for vandalism and also a small collision. They are super fast and reliable. When they give you a date of completion it is always on time or early. My experience has been very pleasant I would recommend to anyone I know ! They get the job done well and efficiently.
Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. The customer service is great. We were all at the hands of kia back ordered parts. Danielle kept me updated often. And they detailed in their responses. The text message feature made it so easy to stay in contact and know what i was getting. Aaron walked me through all the work they did... my car was washed and ready for me when i picked it up...
The work they do is very professional as is the service but the best part is that they stand behind their work with lifetime warranty.
I just got my car back and considering all the damage it had I was very pleased with how it was restored back to brand new the way when I first bought it. The girl's at the front desk are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. This is a great place to have your car repaired.

I recommend Francis Collision Centre for any auto bodywork. They work with your insurance, so there is no hassle. Kevin, who did the estimate on my car, did a really good job. He explained the details and assured me that they can take of it. As for the bodywork that was done, they did a really good job - it looked brand-new again. The front staff, Juanita and Audra, are also helpful and always kept me updated about my vehicle status.

My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one. I have an Audi Q5 that was rear ended. I worked with Justin Phister, who was very knowledgeable on my make and model and the facility kept me updated routinely while my car was being worked on. I was given a 2 week estimate for the work my car needed and my car was ready in the timeframe that was initially communicated to me. The office staff was very professional and kind. I cannot say enough good things about every single person I worked with at Francis Collision Centre. To top things off my car was detailed prior to me picking up my car. Great Service 10/10!!

This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!
Received excellent service on my car repair. Great and regular and ongoing communication. Thr office staff and adjuster maintained great communication with us over the course of the month long repair.

Awesome experience. I was rear ended and Francis Collision kept in touch with me along with My Geico rep at Francis Collision as they repaired the vehicle. They arranged for a nice rental like my vehicle and they were friendly to me through the whole process. The repair was perfect. I will always recommend them!! Thank you
I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. This is my second time with Francis auto collision they are absolutely amazing my car has been like brand new everytime I’ve taken it for repairs in and got it back! Juanita works in the office is super helpful always doing what she can to put you back in your vehicle on time and make sure everything you need is met with sincere customer service and upfront explanation. Kevin iskandar was my estimator and he was amazing he made sure to follow up with me after I put my car in for repairs and let me know exactly what was going on in the shop. Even when I brought in my car he let me know exactly what was going to be fixed! He promised me a date for pick up and delivered ! He also made sure my car was nice and clean and that I was satisfied with the work when I picked it up! I will always choose Francis!
Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.

Unfortunately this is the second car I've had to repair....fortunately, I chose Francis both times! They did a beautiful job on both my cars. God forbid I should ever have to have another car reassembled, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to Francis Collision.
Went to Francis Collision after my front grill fell off due to a small piece of my front bumper breaking on a road trip. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service. They got me in and gave me an estimate within the week and got me on the schedule in the next few weeks. Front bumper and grill look seamless thanks to their great work!

I had a great experience with Francis Collision Center. They were always very polite and professional. My car was vandalized and needed to be buffed out and painted. They did a good job fixing it, I just wished they would've buffed the hood out as well.

After driving my newer car for only 2 months it was hit in a parking lot....grr! Needed a new front bumper..picked Francis Collision Centre #1) their location; #2) the office staff was great in answering all my questions; #3) how well they communicated with me by texts and phone calls about the status of the work #4) the rental car experience, pick up and drop off at their facility and #5) When I needed to take it back for a very, very minor issue they took care of it promptly and treated me respectfully even tho it was like I said very minor! Highly recommend Francis Collision Centre!
