Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.

Their staff is always very friendly and accommodating; willing to go above and beyond to help in any way they can in a timely manner. Plus, every visit you get a free classic car t-shirt of your choice! After an accident earlier this year and a pothole recently, I have gone to Francis twice this year and will continue to return to utilize their services in the future. 🚙

I had a great experience with Francis Collision Center. They were always very polite and professional. My car was vandalized and needed to be buffed out and painted. They did a good job fixing it, I just wished they would've buffed the hood out as well.

Great repair shop!! They have taken care of 2 of my vehicles after accidents. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very helpful if you need to set up a rental car also!
