This has been our 2nd time with Francis and they have all been wonderful, very friendly. Their service is quicker than others and they do a great job repairing of your vehicle. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
For a first timer I would 100% recommend this place. Great customer service and great communication between the customer and office workers.
They did a great job repairing my vehicle, as well as did it in a timely manner. They were amazing with keeping me updated on my vehicles status and I got it back within 2 weeks!
Great service all the way through! Juanita was such a huge help and always reached out to give us updates. Kevin I. Was also great! He was very clear when it came to explaining the work our car was needing and also made sure it looked like nothing ever happen to our car! Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

We were in a car accident and our insurance asked if we’d like for them to recommend a place to have our car fixed and they sent us to Francis Collision centre. I can not be more happy. They did an amazing job on my car. Looks like new again. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. While my car was at there shop they made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know how my car was coming along. I was also receiving text messages as to what was being done to my car and when it would be ready. I would definitely recommend this place.
Francis Collision Centre is the most excellent service, when it comes to customers, and the quality of their work is beautiful. James Sanborn was my estimator, he was very friendly, welcoming. James communicate clearly, explained the process keep it simple and easy. Rental car transition easy & simple. They are as fast as they can be. I see that they have a lot of business and they accommodate as fast as they can. Their work is backed by a 100% guarantee as long as you own the vehicle. Now that's got to mean something.

I had a great experience working with Francis Collision Center in Fresno. I was in a minor fender bender, and these guys did an excellent job getting my car back in perfect condition. The communication along the way was wonderful, and it was finished when they said… In fact, a day early. I am completely satisfied with the Francis collision center staff. The two ladies at the front desk are incredibly nice also! I highly recommend this place for all of your auto body repair needs!

This is my second time with Francis auto collision they are absolutely amazing my car has been like brand new everytime I’ve taken it for repairs in and got it back! Juanita works in the office is super helpful always doing what she can to put you back in your vehicle on time and make sure everything you need is met with sincere customer service and upfront explanation. Kevin iskandar was my estimator and he was amazing he made sure to follow up with me after I put my car in for repairs and let me know exactly what was going on in the shop. Even when I brought in my car he let me know exactly what was going to be fixed! He promised me a date for pick up and delivered ! He also made sure my car was nice and clean and that I was satisfied with the work when I picked it up! I will always choose Francis!
Took my 2015 kia optima in to be fixed, they were friendly and fast. Everyone from the front desk to the body collision people were so nice. I will be back and recommend them to everyone . Oh and I also got a parting gift.🥰👍🏾

Great front desk and reception staff. I was able to process my claim in no time! This is big because the last thing you wanna have to deal with is complicated insurance claim process on top of your on going issues with the vehicle itself!👌

Was involved in a hit and run, was super sad because it was a New car but my family told me to take it to Francis collision because they always go there and say it was great and fast which is true because they are very friendly and fast. Very happy with the outcome.
Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.
Everyone here is very kind. My insurance has brought me here twice and it was a great experience each time. They kept me updated on the progress of my car throughout the process and when I got my car back it was in great condition. so happy with their service!!!

I've taken my Subaru in on two different occasions now and am satisfied with all repairs and especially the paint work. The turn-around time to get my car back was two weeks on both occasions. The wait is long but it's well worth the wait for high quality shop repairs. The ladies up front are kind and professional and the guy I was working with (Kevin) was also transparent, kind and professional. This is the place to go if you want your vehicle repaired the right way.
Took my Ford Escape here for repairs. The process took longer than first date mentioned, but they were very precise on getting the correct parts and double checking many details. I take my car here for any repairs I need

The receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I don't but I've been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol. We brought our car in on the 20th of November and received the cars back Dec 3rd. Not counting Thanks giving and Black friday (cause no professionals work those days) it was only in a little over a week. They also made the process really easy! 5/5 would get rear ended again!

Awesome experience. I was rear ended and Francis Collision kept in touch with me along with My Geico rep at Francis Collision as they repaired the vehicle. Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.
I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. First of all I Have Geico Insurance So it was Extremely easy to use. Made an appointment with Geico for the estimate. When I got there is was quick & complete since Francis Collision has a section for Geico & Enterprise car rental. So its a 1 Stop Shop. 2nd Everyone was so friendly Especially the girls in front. 3rd It was done quickly, professionally & carries a lifetime warranty as long as I own my car.
Francis Collision has the most courteous and friendly staff that I have ever done business. They also do excellent work i a very timely manner. We will be taking all of our cars to them.

Unfortunately this is the second car I've had to repair....fortunately, I chose Francis both times! They did a beautiful job on both my cars. God forbid I should ever have to have another car reassembled, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to Francis Collision.

Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.

My car's repairs were done in a week's time. It's very stressful to have to be in the situation of car repair but the people were nice and sympathetic. Would definitely go back if needed (let's just hope I don't need it).

Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.
