Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.
I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. NO issues whatsoever! I highly recommend them!

Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.
Kevin Iskandar is the guy! He made sure to kept open communication wlth me and kept me updated on my vehicle and its process . This has been a journey! But I am glad to have my car back! He is appreciated . And also Audra assisting me with my payment transaction she is such a gem

I am very satisfied with my experience at Francis Auto Collision. The ladies at the front desk have exceptional customer service. I appreciate the constant updates in regard to the status of my vehicle. Juanita was very kind and professional throughout the whole process. Kevin was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable in knowing that my vehicle was repaired correctly, and back in top tier shape like it was before my accident occurred. Awesome experience. I was rear ended and Francis Collision kept in touch with me along with My Geico rep at Francis Collision as they repaired the vehicle. They arranged for a nice rental like my vehicle and they were friendly to me through the whole process. The repair was perfect. I will always recommend them!! Thank you

First of all I Have Geico Insurance So it was Extremely easy to use. Made an appointment with Geico for the estimate. When I got there is was quick & complete since Francis Collision has a section for Geico & Enterprise car rental. So its a 1 Stop Shop. 2nd Everyone was so friendly Especially the girls in front. 3rd It was done quickly, professionally & carries a lifetime warranty as long as I own my car.
The work they do is very professional as is the service but the best part is that they stand behind their work with lifetime warranty.
I have used Francis Collision for my cars on three occasions and each time, their work and service has exceeded my expectations. The most recent was on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade liftgate. This was not an insurance claim so Juanita, Bernadette, and Audra in the office were very detailed and thorough, explaining all of the paperwork from drop-off to pick-up so that everything was clear, avoiding any misunderstanding. My project manager Kevin was just as professional, thorough, and concientous in his inspection of the damages on my vehicle. His estimate of time needed to complete the repairs was 10 work days but that it could take longer depending on what they found once they removed the liftgate. He only went over that time frame by one day but only because one area of repair on the trim didn't measure up to his standard so he wanted to take the time to make sure I would be happy with all of the work done. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle's repairs right down to when it was ready to pick up. When the time came to pick up my vehicle, there were no surprises with the cost of repairs either. I wasn't unable to drive in on my own or get a ride due to family circumstances so Juanita arranged for their employee Sean to pick me up. Sean was prompt, respectful, and very pleasant to talk to. I give Francis Collision and it's entire team 5 stars. While I hope I never need their services again, I know I can rely on them to do the best work possible!
Great front desk and reception staff. I was able to process my claim in no time! This is big because the last thing you wanna have to deal with is complicated insurance claim process on top of your on going issues with the vehicle itself!👌
This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!
Francis Collision has the most courteous and friendly staff that I have ever done business. They also do excellent work i a very timely manner. We will be taking all of our cars to them.

They have the experience that people crave when it comes to their vehicles. I would trust them completely to work on my vehicle and the vehicles of my husband and children.
Unfortunately Ive had to take my vehicles to have them repaired due to accidents. Francis is top notch when it comes to repairs being done and getting my vehicles back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them

Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.
I recommend Francis Collision Centre for any auto bodywork. They work with your insurance, so there is no hassle. Kevin, who did the estimate on my car, did a really good job. He explained the details and assured me that they can take of it. As for the bodywork that was done, they did a really good job - it looked brand-new again. The front staff, Juanita and Audra, are also helpful and always kept me updated about my vehicle status.
Francis collision was amazing. They had a really hard time with my insurance, but they didn't stop fighting for me. I an soo grateful for Juanita and the team special thanks to Kevin he was awesome
Received excellent service on my car repair. Great and regular and ongoing communication. Thr office staff and adjuster maintained great communication with us over the course of the month long repair.

It's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.

Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. My car got repaired here through the insurance and nothing out of my pocket. I had deep concerns that the estimated 1-2 weeks would take 2 or more weeks to repair. Mainly that the repairs weren’t coming out of my wallet, and the shop could take advantage by replacing parts if something could instead be repaired for example. This was speculation with no grounds for thinking that based on my experience here, but I worried nonetheless. Thankfully this was not the case and I got my car back in 6 days. My car was returned not in the same condition it was received. Dash cams unplugged and tilted downward, some napkins and receipts left on the passenger seat, and the mirrors changed. These are minor but worth noting. The repairs to the vehicle itself were great and no problem so far. Some parts and sensors behind the bumper, and a front bumper were repaired. All throughout the 6 days, they kept me updated through text and called to make sure I knew the status of the repairs on my vehicle. On a side note, the rental from enterprise provided by them was subpar and reeked of smoke. I’d like to thank Kevin for being professional and breaking things down on what they will be repairing.

Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family’s cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre!
They are the most efficient and organized Repair shop I have ever used. Very friendly and keep you informed about your car repair. The one thing we observed is how clean the bays were kept. I recommend them to any and all!

Their staff is always very friendly and accommodating; willing to go above and beyond to help in any way they can in a timely manner. Plus, every visit you get a free classic car t-shirt of your choice! I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! That was awesome as well 🥰 the extent of damage done to my vehicle, I thought it would never see the road again, cosmetic was nothing, it was all under the car that was jacked.

I had a great experience working with Francis Collision Center in Fresno. I was in a minor fender bender, and these guys did an excellent job getting my car back in perfect condition. The communication along the way was wonderful, and it was finished when they said… In fact, a day early. I am completely satisfied with the Francis collision center staff. I took my car there for repair, I was hit in the back. It took about a month but I figured since they had to order parts and such. My car looks as good as it did before! I like that they keep you updated weekly. I would definitely go there again.
